Great place to stay at. close to everything

First of all the house is small and very attractive. I love the layout of the two bedrooms with large beds upstairs decent size living gathering room, small bit perfect kitchen with a really great pass-through bar area for entertaining a couple and a basement/laundry room with two beds in it for obnoxious kids. JK every room has a Roku TV in it and is super easy to login with a large credentials and have a little something for everybody. There’s even a TV in the kitchen. Everything was well stocked with real plates and cutlery, spices, and all the essentials that I call Staples. A good size clean refrigerator already cold and ready to go. An amazing fenced in yard so you’re traveling for kids can have full run of the yard with a pretty mural painted as well. Plenty of parking for three or four cars in a very quiet camp Taylor neighborhood that gives you a little bit of feel of the city but still be quiet enough for suburban life all for the price if not a little less than the hotel down the street which was my go to every time I came into town. Shower and some other amenities were updated and it really was a pleasure to stay there. The owner communicated extremely well and was prompt and greeted me with a nice text before I got there. It was very accommodating. I could say nice stuff about this on and on and on, but if you’re looking to stay here, I highly recommend it you won’t find anything close to the price and it’s just the perfect size for traveling. You don’t need more

We spent the weekend in Louisville celebrating an early Christmas with family. The cottage was in the perfect location for us and had room for our kids, grandkids and our fur babies. The backyard was fully fenced, had covered seating and room for kids to play and dogs to play fetch. There were toys and games, comfortable beds and seating. The 1 area that was disappointing was kitchen. Broken drawer and not well stocked for cooking pots and pans. We would stay again!

I was surprised that the cleaning company left sheets off the bed and in the laundry area. We laundered and made our own beds which were extremely comfortable. There were missing screws in kitchen chairs and my friend fell out of the chair. The bathroom tiles are cracked but the shower was amazing. There were no active signs of pests but we saw rodent droppings and dead insects. Overall we were disappointed but he did his best to make it ok. We received a partial refund and he was nice enough.

This was the best communication I have received from anyone, extremely responsive. The house was ready before checkin and Daniel reached out to let us know that. The back yard was great for us and are pets and the beds all very comfortable! I was able to cook with plenty of supplies -we don’t usually eat out when traveling so this was very helpful to us. The train was not a bother and the driveway fit the truck and suv without problem. Or and if your a fan sleeper - each bed had one. We were able to set up 2 mid size dog crates without problem. Very happy we booked this home and plan to again when we return

Very close proximity to Expo Center, matched our needs for our trip.

Daniel was extremely proactive in communication, making sure we could get in and that all was good. He was flexible with arrival and departure time, and quick to respond via text when we had questions. Home was clean and felt like a home away from home. Although we didn't need this trip - so many amenities available - noticed a high chair, some kids toys, coffee maker, air fryer, plenty of kitchen supplies, etc. Back yard looks amazing to use for hanging out in the evening - we just didn't get opportunity to use this trip. Will definitely be back should we have a need in this area again!

The house was cute and nicely decorated. Good location, close to several restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. Daniel was super nice and helped with any questions I had. I would stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay! Had an issues with the water heater stopping to work and we were able to coordinate quickly with him for it to be fixed while we were out of the house anyways. Would recommend!

This place was perfect for our visit to Louisville, it was close to a lot of the things we planned to do (zoo, Kentucky Kingdom, Churchill Downs).

Location was ideal to the Fairgrounds, the house was clean had a great outdoor space. There was some construction (improvements) for the property going on which did not affect my stay, when completed will make the facility an even better property.

Within walking distance to the Bourbon & Beyond festival. Very responsive and allowed us to check in as soon as we touched down in Louisville!

Daniel’s house met our needs for being close to downtown and Churchill Downs, and also dog-friendly with a fenced yard. He was very responsive to our requests and even swung by with additional amenities.

Daniel was super easy to work with and accommodating to our needs. We felt right at home. My teenager loved the basement to himself. Would rent from Daniel again.

We liked the house - cozy but with plenty of room. Beds were comfortable, plenty of linens, good wifi. Great location! Close to I65 and I264, the airport, KY Kingdom Amusement park and best of all - Aldis! (grocery store). Shady backyard, private on 3 sides. Daniel was easy to contact and responsive. Would choose this place again.

Nice cute home. Could if been alot cleaner. I did clean bathroom good before using. Great host, quick to get anywhere within 15 to 20 minutes. Neighbors behind the house where different, watched us out back, no patio table or chairs. Had a wounderful time. Quite area. Comfortable home. Would just suggest checking after your cleaning services leave to assess their job performance.

This little house near everything, but also private and away is not only the perfect location, but also is perfect for a group of three.

Daniel’s place is an older home that has been tastefully updated. It’s not new & modern, but it’s quaint & worked well for our needs. Daniel was easy to communicate with. We felt safe & comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed with Daniel's property before and it is such a great location for our purposes. We usually are working at the Expo Center for travel shows and this location is perfect for a short drive while being close to everything else. It's comfortable, clean, and would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay while having repair done to our home locally. The house is exactly like the photos. My kids loved the idea of having the basement bedroom away from everyone they were ready to move in as soon as we arrived. The shower was a big hit as well. I would highly recommend this as your stay. Very cozy. We will definitely stay again if we are ever in need of a weekend getaway.

We had an event at the Kentucky Exposition Center and this place suited our needs very well. Daniel was very responsive for the few questions that I had. Recommended.

It’s a really peaceful place to stay. Daniel’s place has almost everything we need. He even provides disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, disposable shaver besides the usual shampoo lotion and soap. The air fryer comes so handy for reheating bagels for our breakfast. Yesterday morning we were greeted by two chickens the moment we opened the door. The only thing to be aware is the chicken shit on the grass. 😍 . Daniel is very approachable and responsive with any query.

The house isn’t huge but it has everything you need. Good location and a quick Uber to bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

This is such a cute little house! Clean and easy to find. We were locals staying after an emergency plumbing disaster, and Daniel was quick to respond to our urgent last minute request! Even though we were local, we were still able to appreciate the convenient location and quiet neighborhood. If you are flying in from out of town or attending something at the Fair and Expo Center, the location can't be beat. If you are traveling with pets, the backyard is phenomenal!

Daniel was an excellent host. Clear instructions for the home, easy to access. The home was clean and had everything you need for a stay! The location is close to the airport and many great attractions including Churchill Downs, the Zoo and Downtown Louisville. The rooms were great and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone coming to Louisville for a visit!

We stayed for Nsra National and this had good access to the vendor entrance. Good value compared to hotels

Had a few unfortunate hiccups where cleaners hadn’t arrived so we waked into a unkept house. After quick response it was cleaned. House has potential and many great features like beds (very comfortable) and new appliances but there are some maintenance requirements like the bathroom floor cracks to basement. Some damaged doors and furniture that should be replaced. Location is amazing and house is a good size for family. Host is responsive and I am sure with some TLC the house will be a 5 star to all who visit.

We had a couple small hiccups but Daniel was responsive and quick to resolve. The location was good and easily accessible to restaurants, the arena our daughter was competing at, and downtown. We felt comfortable.

The Camp Taylor Cottage is in a very convenient location. Easy access to the airport and downtown Louisville. Daniel was very responsive to my texts. Sinks had low water pressure, but the shower was very nice and didn’t have any issues. House is across from train tracks, so we often heard the train rolling down the tracks during the night. Thankfully we didn’t hear any horns.

Nice place, communication was easy and timely. Great location close to the expo center, quick trip to get anywhere in Louisville. Would happily stay here on our next trip to Louisville!

We had a great stay while in town for our Son’s basketball tournament. The house was just a short 5 min. drive from the exposition center which made the weekend fun for all. Daniel was a great host. The house was just as advertised and very well managed and maintained. This is an older home but it has been updated and is in good shape. Very comfortable and everyone slept very well. We only used the two beds upstairs and those beds are comfortable!! Pet Friendly with a fenced backyard.

Great location from Expo center, friendly host and nice house.

We stayed here for a few days while passing through the area and it fit our needs well. It has a flat, fenced in yard for the dog and was in a quiet neighborhood, close to everything. The host was very responsive and easy to get a hold of with any concerns. The biggest con I will note is the shower doesnt have great water pressure, and the hot water runs out quickly, but that is nothing that can be helped, it was otherwise a nice spot to stay at near the city.

Daniel's house worked well for my wife and I for a nearly two-week stay in Louisville. The bed is very comfy, the central air kept us cool, and the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet at night.
