The entire condo will be yours to enjoy for the duration of your stay. Other things to note Privacy & Layout There are no shared spaces inside the condo. The only potential interaction with other tenants is in the central hallway (see photos). With just three total units in the building—and this condo occupying the entire top floor—it’s unlikely you’ll encounter anyone. All kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas are completely private. Once inside the condo, there are no additional steps. Please note: this is the entire second-floor unit and not located on the main level. Pet-Friendly This is a pet-friendly home. A one-time $50 pet cleaning fee applies. Water and food bowls are provided—we love hosting pets! Please be considerate and clean up after them, especially prior to checkout. If you plan to bring pets, please submit the cleaning fee through Airbnb’s Resolution Center after booking, as this is currently the only available payment method.
